Are customs duties and taxes included?

The prices shown on the product page are based on the "Country/Region" information at the bottom of the page. By selecting the country/region of your destination from the country/region list, the exact price, taxes, and shipping fees for the selected location will be displayed.
◉ Customs duties
- For customers in Japan: Because UNEVEN is based in Japan, there are no customs duties on orders within Japan.
- For international customers: Customs duties and import taxes may be incurred at the time of customs clearance depending on the destination country. Please note that the tax amount will be determined at the time of customs clearance. If customs duties and import taxes are incurred, you will be required to pay them when you receive the product. For more information, please contact the local customs authority.
When will my item arrive?
After you have completed the order process, we will send you an order confirmation email, which also serves as an invoice, to the email address you provided. This order confirmation email will contain your order number and other order information.
As a rough guide, for deliveries within Japan, your order will arrive within 1 to 5 days of shipping.
For overseas shipping, it will take approximately 10 days to 2 weeks for delivery.
However, please note that it may take up to one month for your package to arrive due to customs procedures, etc.
It usually takes up to 3 to 5 business days for your order to be shipped.
Please note that during peak periods, it may take longer than usual.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your delivery.
About pre-order items
Please note that the delivery time for pre-ordered items may vary by 2 to 3 weeks.
Unless the product is defective, we cannot accept changes, returns or cancellations after an order has been placed.
Please note that sales may end without notice if the specified quantity is reached.
Please note that the color and specifications of the actual product may differ slightly from the product image depending on your device or monitor.

*If you purchase a pre-order item and a regular item at the same time, the items with the latest shipping date will be sent together.
If you are in a hurry, we recommend placing two separate orders, one for the pre-order items and one for the regular items.

Regarding foreign exchange
If you make a payment from outside Japan or if you are using a card issued overseas, an exchange rate will be applied.
This exchange rate is subject to a foreign exchange conversion fee set by the payment service or credit card you use.
This fee is not charged by our website, but is incurred by the credit card company or payment service (such as PayPal) used by the customer.
Therefore, the respective rates will be applied at the time of purchase and when the refund is issued, and a difference may occur.
Please note that we cannot take any responsibility for any difference in price that may occur during a refund, as this is incurred by each payment service or credit card company.
*In many cases, rates are set independently for each service and fluctuate daily.
About remade products
At UNEVEN we offer products made from upcycled used clothing.
There may be some dirt, fraying, or missing buttons. Sizes may vary, but please consider this as part of the item's texture.
We will try to list any stains or damage as much as possible, but it may be difficult to list everything accurately or we may not notice it. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.

Can I cancel or change my order ?
In any case, orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed. We also cannot accept returns for reasons of customer convenience.
Please note that we will not be able to provide a refund if you return the product without contacting us or if you refuse to accept the product and cancel the return.
If the product you receive is different from the one you ordered, or if we find that the delivered product is defective, we will exchange or refund the product.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product by CONTACT with your order number and details. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs.
The refund amount will be the product price (tax included) plus shipping.
Please note that you will be responsible for any fees. Shipping costs for returns will be covered by our company.
